I love the composition, the placement of small objects, the colors and the window seen gives the whole image a soft painterly quality. And yes, the wall paper is very cool.

A nice window to the world outside Pepper. And good, old-fashioned wallpaper gives it a quaint look on the walls.
From watching some home remodeling shows, I’ve found out that wallpaper is making a comeback. Maybe this home will be considered stylish again soon. 🤔
I didn’t know that – I do like the look of wallpaper and I am stuck in the past as I have wallpaper everywhere, but the hall which is painted only. My mom and I had the house papered and painted a while back and it was a new person, a woman as our prior painter/wallpaper person retired. It took her almost one month to do the job – it is not a large house. She arrived late, took a long lunch, smoking breaks, then left to pick up her granddaughter at school by 3:00 and was gone for the day. Other than doing one room at a time and finishing it, she had stuff going on in every room – it was a nightmare, so I told myself, the wallpaper and paint job she did are here the rest of my days as I’m not going through that again!
It’s funny how trends/styles always seem to make a comeback. Leave your wallpaper up and you’ll be “in” (at least for a while). 😁
Yes, they say everything comes back after a while, including fashions! (I hope some of the fashions from the 70s don’t come back though.)
