Wonder as I Wander

Wonder as I Wander

I often wonder as I wander along the trails. This time I was at Van Curler Preserve in Scio Township, Michigan.

Close-up of a green plant with pointed leaves and a cluster of small, round buds at the center.

It is amazing to see the different stages of growth of a wildflower all in one place. Considered an invasive plant, this pretty plant is a Dame’s Rocket.

Other wildflowers along the trail were featured on “Summer Wildflowers.”

  1. Such delicate little flowers!

  2. Extraordinary, Pepper!

  3. Wild beauty! Excellent focussing and BG isolation!

  4. That’s such a pretty colour and lovelypictures of its stages. I’m often surprised to find that a plant I like is invasive …

    1. Thanks, Lynette. Same here! I rather keep them if they are pretty. 😉
