With dozens of butterflies at the Texas Discovery Gardens, a lone butterfly took the perfect pose for this Macro Monday.

You might be thinking, “What makes the perfect pose?” Well, I considered this a shot worth waiting for since the butterfly stopped within reach of my lens. Away from other distractions or shadows, the butterfly remained still long enough for me to focus and click. It seemed quite the experienced model. Do you agree?
