Wow! That’s beautiful! I can experience the silence just looking at it. I can imagine actually being there.
Thank you. It was a very peaceful Lake Michigan on that morning. Other times could be just the opposite. 😉
Nature is forever changing!
So true. 😊
A very calming shot.
Thanks! It was a very calm morning. 😊
This is beautiful Pepper, love images like this.
Thanks, Leanne. 😊
That’s a very calming photo Pepper.
It was a very calm morning on Lake Michigan. Some days can be quite the opposite. 😊
You were lucky to get the calm morning then – the best photo ops!
Yup, gotta love those calm days. 😁
Yes, I do – you’d better make the most of tomorrow’s sunshine as we have a rainy/stormy week ahead.
Yippee! I am planning on enjoying the sunshine as long as possible. 😊
Yes, enjoy it while you can!
I will! Have a wonderful day full of sunshine, Linda. 😊
It was a gorgeous day today wasn’t it Pepper? I wish we could bottle it up. I liked it a little chilly in the a.m. I saw a lot of people outside today.
Yes, it was a perfect day to enjoy the outdoors. Did you see some squirrels too?
A day when you almost hate to come inside – we have waited so long for this nice weather. I only saw two squirrels at Council Point Park which breaks my heart as it was my go-to place for so long. For some reason I rarely see squirrels at Heritage Park. I always have peanuts in my pocket with me, but no luck there. I did see lots of geese though and some Daffodils. We have none in the neighborhood, but I saw some there.
Well, I am glad you got to see some squirrels and daffodils. I am surprised I haven’s seen any daffodils yet.
Yes, squirrels make my day – I miss having them running up to me every morning. And they provided great photo ops, especially Parker. Daffodils have not been in the neighborhood though. I keep monitoring my neighbor’s house. He’s only got one plant left. He said the rabbits ate the rest of them. I said they’d come up again unless they ate the bulbs. When we moved to the States, my father bought some tulip bulbs from Holland, planted them in the Fall and the squirrels dug them up over the Winter, took a bite and threw them away, except one they didn’t see and the one tulip bloomed every year.
That is a great story!. . . Wait, you are from Holland? How old were you when you moved to the States?
Yes, my father cursed the squirrels but good for doing that! No, I am not from Holland – I think he just wanted to have some nice tulips and ordered them from Holland. I am Canadian and moved here when I was 10 years old.
Ah, got it! 😊
What a beautiful scene Pepper! Thanks for joining in the Monochrome Madness!
