It was both on that day. Today you are probably experiencing the blowing snow and sleet as I am.
I like that hush of silence when the snow has fallen and is still undisturbed by cars, snowblowers or shovels. Yes, today has been an awful day weather-wise hasn’t it? I don’t think Wayne County was hit as hard as Oakland County but I only dashed out to run the car this morning and will deal with the snow tomorrow morning. I’m looking forward to the winds dying down.
Take care when you go out tomorrow.
I’m dreading it because it is really going to be so cold. My neighbor often cuts my lawn in the Summer, so I reciprocate, for the exercise since I wouldn’t be walking and I do his snow. I was kind of hoping to hear the scrape of his snow shovel, as he often does both if it’s later in the day. 🙂
Layer up and stay warm.
It was brutal out there and slippery, all that ice under the snow. This will be a long week of Winter misery.
