One Step at a Time #26

One Step at a Time #26

I cannot believe we are up to One Step at a Time #26. That means we’ve been sharing photos of our steps for six months! This past week I spent some time in Indiana so my photos are from Ritchie Nature Preserve in Chesterton.

For those of you in the USA, I hope you enjoyed the long Labor Day weekend.

Thanks to all who shared a post last week. Here are the links from last week’s prompt. Please let me know if I have missed anyone.

Beautiful hints of autumn were captured by Anita.
Frank shared lovely foggy and wintry scenes.
A wonderful gallery of landscapes and close-ups were posted by Sarah.
Linda took us soaring through the sky with her images.
Egidio shared incredible views from a train ride out West.
A lovely waterscape was captured by Suzette.
Xenia showed us a gorgeous path that seemed to go for miles.
Wonderful statues from a sanctuary were shared by Teresa.
Sue brought us perfectly timed flag photos for our Labor Day weekend.

  7. The forest is still lush and green there in Indiana. I just saw a post from Dawn who lives in Oakland County and several photos the leaves were already starting to turn.

Here is my post from Sunday … it is a not what I’d call a walk as it is merely a streetcorner where a house is in the middle of a courtyard full of flowers, but I got my steps in at Lake Erie Metropark earlier that morning, coincidentally for the post “Soaring” which you mentioned here.
