Mountains Landscapes

With a Ragtag Daily Prompt of “Mountain,” I instantly thought of the mountain landscapes of Wyoming.

A dirt road winding through a scenic landscape featuring autumn-colored trees and distant mountains under a clear blue sky.

Both of these images were captured at Brush Creek Ranch.

A gnarled tree stands on a rocky ledge overlooking rolling hills and mountains in Wyoming.

Another image from the West was featured in “Head to Quietness.”

I am curious to know your thoughts.

        I know it is known for horse ranches as well as beautiful landscape – yes, best wait for warmer months for a better, non-bone-chilling experience.

    Lovely views, Pepper, Though I’ve never been there, Wyoming looks very much like a classic western landscape a la Bierstadt.
