  1. That’s a shame – I hope they repair the window. Last week they finished the Meadowbrook Hall stained glass windows which were replaced due to vandalism. That project took a while. Luckily someone had taken photos of the windows just prior to the vandalism, so they could replicate them.

    1. I hope it is repaired too but I may never know. I stopped by the cemetery a few times before we moved away from Indiana to see if it was fixed. Sadly, it seemed to have been forgotten.

      1. That’s too bad – unfortunately it will languish forever like that unless someone takes action to get it restored.

        1. I will probably be heading to Indiana in a few months. Hoping to stop by to check on the window again.

          1. I hope you will be pleased to find it has been repaired.

            1. That would be nice.

  2. Thought-provoking image! I like your choice of B&W.

    1. Thanks, Denise. So glad you enjoyed the window.

  3. A beautiful work of art at one time. Do you know how old it is?

    1. If I remember correctly, it dates back to the late 1800s. I went back a couple of times to check and see if the stained glass had been replaced. The last time I was at this cemetery was a couple of years ago and it had not been fixed.

      1. I thought it was quite old. Sad it’s not fixed, but I am sure it would be quite expensive these days.

        1. I think it would be too. Made me sad to see it broken.

  4. It is a lovely stained glass window and B&W highlights differences that colour probably wouldn’t show. A wonderful photo Irene
