Endless doors at Castillo San Cristobal. Built in San Juan, Puerto Rico, it is the longest tunnel system I’ve ever seen. It is also a National Historic Site and the largest fortress built in the Americas.

Well, that was one that got away… It was one of our cruise ship stops many years back. Due to weather we got in late, and got to the fort after it closed ☹️ Then we kind of got side tracked checking out around the fort. Heading back to the town, I ended up with blisters from new sandals so we didn’t explore any more of the town (it was dark buy then). But, I learned taking multiple sandals is key, as the blister wasn’t a bother the rest of the cruise! 😊🩴Wish we could have seen it though!
Oh, no! San Juan is well worth exploring and a great reason to go back. Maybe schedule another cruise? 😊
