Splendid! ✨
Thank you very much. 😊
Simply beautiful, Pepper.
Thank you very much, Ken. So glad you enjoyed it, 😊
Delicate and beautiful.
Thanks! 😊
A favorite spring flower, lovely capture.
What a pretty find!
Thanks, Nora. I see these often along the trails and enjoy them every time. 😊
Very light and delicate – I have seen those occasionally and did not know their name!
Thanks, Linda. My biggest problem with flower identification is that I usually don’t remember the name the next time I click on a similar blossom. 😁
Sometimes they all look alike. 🙂
So true. With birds and flowers, it seems that often it is the tiniest detail that makes all the difference in identification.
Delicate and luminous wild geranium. 💜
Thanks, Eliza. Is that the same thing as a cranesbill?
Yes, it is. The seed head looks like a sharp bill. The interesting thing about them is that there is a spring-like mechanism that propels the seed far away from the mother plant, similar to jewelweed. 🙂
That is amazing! 😮
I think it’s a balloon flower.
I have never heard of a balloon flower. Thanks for your help. 😊
Its Latin name is Campanulaceae Platycodon. I have a few in my garden. Lovely blooms each year.
Beautiful photo, Pepper.
Thanks, Lynette. 😊
I am curious to know your thoughts.
