I absolutely agree with you. I love reading from anywhere in the house with a full view of the bird feeders outside. Whenever I look up from the page, I get to see my favorite creatures. It’s nice when the sun comes in through the window in the morning, but by afternoon, it will be too hot to read next to an open window, at least during the summer.
Exactly! I love to read by a window with the sunshine pouring in. 😊
The sun streaming in may make me nod off, BUT … if that is the chair, even with the soft cushion, I may not. I only read on a kitchen chair. If I were to read in bed, I would out like a light, even when I was younger, even with a great book.
I giggled when I read your comment because I am just the opposite. Sunshine wakes me up and also reading a good book. 😂
Wow – you are the opposite of me Pepper! I would doze off in that streaming sunshine and I have had good books and, if in a comfortable chair or my bed, I will doze off in a heartbeat.
