Attitude From Every Angle

A superb starling (Lamprotornis superbus) posed with a cavalier attitude from every angle. This colorful adult bird was spotted at the Dallas Zoo. The starling was most definitely NOT shy! Watching it as I clicked brought a smile to my face. It seemed to have the Texan attitude that I am so familiar with.

“What is a Texan attitude?” you ask. A Texan attitude is a sense of pride that can come across as arrogance to some. Yup! I was born and raised in Texas and proud of it too.

    Nice portraits! The Dallas Zoo is among the better zoos I’ve seen. My wife and I spent two days exploring it. We had a great time. 😊

      Thanks! Yes, the Dallas Zoo is worth one of the nicer zoos and worth supporting. If you are ever back in the DFW area, the Fort Worth Zoo is also worth visiting. 😉
