Warmth, hints of green, and light bouncing off clouds resulted in a lovely morning of serenity.

On this day, the shores along Kent Lake at Kensington Metropark were quiet and without crowds. In a few more weeks, the sounds of families enjoying the playgrounds and beaches will be filling the air.

Both of these scenes were captured on the same hike around Kent Lake in Milford, Michigan. Other images from Kensington Metropark can be seen on a earlier post “Hike, Click, Hike.”
