I am trying something new this year that includes sprouts and blossoms. Hydroponic gardening has found a place in my home.. So far, it is going much better than my previous attempts at indoor gardening.. First, here are some sprouts from seeds planted a week ago. On the left are lupines, just because I enjoy their blossoms so much. Next to that is a butterfly weed. The plan is to plant both outdoors when it gets a little warmer in hopes of attracting butterflies.

Below, is my first try at growing hyacinths and orchids and they both have lots of blooms. My plan is to continue growing these indoors in water. Supposedly, they are both simple to grow but we will see how that goes. I have been forgetful about watering my indoor plants in the past. Then I tend to drown them while trying to save them. Oy! Thinking that hydroponic gardening might solve that issue.

Any advice or suggestions from gardeners is much appreciated.
