Smorgasbord of 2022

Here we have a leftover photo smorgasbord of 2022. Starting out above (on the left) with the Bamboo Forest in Haleakala National Forest in Maui to the tops of trees on the Indiana Dunes National Park trails on the right.

Below is a view from Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming captured last month. Next to that is a sunny, fall morning at Moraine Nature Preserve in Valparaiso, Indiana. Earlier in the year, a pastel poppy was showing off its beauty at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden in Texas.

  6. I would have loved to meander that bamboo walk!

    1. Eliza, it is too magnificent to describe. There were sections of it where the bamboo was so thick and deep that it looked pitch black in the shadows even though the sun was shining brightly overhead. ๐Ÿ˜Š
