From day to day, the changing of seasons is slowly becoming more apparent by the colors along the trails. These images were captured yesterday at Moraine Nature Preserve. With the first mention of frost in the forecast for this season, the scene may be quite a bit different today. I’ll get back to you on that after my hike.

Lovely autumnal captures, Irene 🙂
Thanks Phil. 😊
I love this take on the actual change coming. Usually we’re looking for leaves that have already changed color, but I very much enjoyed how you showed off the subtle changing of shades in your photos.
So glad you liked the pics. The leaves have just started changing here. 😊
That’s one of the things that I enjoy about living in Ontario is that we get to enjoy all four seasons. And it’s neat to see how the landscape changes throughout the different seasons.
I completely agree! Growing up in an area with weather that was warm and warmer, I now love seeing the beauty of the different seasons. 😏
Love the feel of these photos…quiet, peaceful, and maybe a bit sad.
So glad you enjoyed the pics. Have a wonderful day. 😊
