Old & New, Short & Tall
View of some of Chicago’s architecture – old & new, short & tall.
Stands Tall in Chicago
The iconic clock face of the Wrigley Building stands tall along Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. It also seems to be my favorite building to photograph since I can’t stop myself from taking multiple pictures of it every time we stroll down the streets of downtown Chicago.
The Old and the New
Skyline of Louisville, Kentucky brings architecture of the old and the new buildings together. “Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness.” Frank Gehry
Straight Lines in Architecture
Different places, different styles, different periods. One built with basic simplicity. Several built to impress. There seems to be one constant in all buildings. One can find layer upon layer of straight lines in architecture of all styles.
