A morning hike at Ritchie Nature Preserve in Chesterton, Indiana was full of brightness. The following day was just the opposite, an entire day of rainfall. Sounds like the start of spring, doesn’t it?

Nice lighting! What are the trees with the pale leaves on them still? A type of birch? I’m see them when I’m out. I don’t know many tree IDs. 🙂
