After publishing yesterday’s post (A Rebellious Beauty), I realized that I had one more image of a musk thistle that I really liked. How in the world did I miss a thistle and a bee the first time around? I didn’t even notice it until scrolling through pics today. Imagine that!
Anyway, we’ve had quite a bit of rain over the last couple of days with more in the forecast over the weekend. Trees are green and summer wildflowers of all kinds are bursting forth all along the miles of trails. This thistle and a bee were also along the Great Marsh Trail – Indiana Dunes National Park.
